¿Qué causa este problema?

The required element is a container in which an element is already
selected. Since any operation (such as moving or deleting) applies both
to the container and to its elements, selecting the element is
redundant.

The element is not selected.

Either deselect the element in the container or move it out of the
container so that you can edit both elements separately.
