¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to allocate a material component to an operation in a routing.
This is only possible if the BOM has a status for which the indicator
<LS>Released for work scheduling</> is set in Customizing (BOM status).
The BOM you are editing does not have a status with this indicator.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You cannot allocate the material component to a routing until:
the BOM is given a status with the indicator <LS>Released for work
scheduling</>
the settings in Customizing (BOM status) are changed to include this
indicator for the selected status
