    How to fix this error?

    The system will automatically send the message again. If the message
    can still not be delivered after a specified number of attempts, the
    recipient list of this message <(>&<)>V1& is flagged as Unreachable.
    Check the recipient address. Try sending the message again later.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
