    You want to use data from the active planning version of planning step
    &V3& to create a promotion using interface &V1&. No active planning
    version has been assigned to planning step &V3&.

    The promotion cannot be created.

    How to fix this error?

    To be able to use the active planning version, you must assign an
    active planning version to planning step &V3& for planning scenario
    &V2& in Customizing, under basic settings.
    If you want to use a different planning version, deselect the "Use
    active planning version" indicator in Customizing for interface &V1&.
