What causes this issue?

You tried to create an allocation table in manual planning. In doing
so, purchasing organization &V1& was taken from the selected section of
or from the interface for manual planning. Plant &V2& was also found
directly or via <DS:DE.WISP_BREAKD>break-down</> for manual planning.
Purchasing organization &V1& is not, however, defined to be used with
plant &V2&.

System Response

The allocation table could not be created.

How to fix this error?

Assign the purchasing organization to the plant or select another
purchasing organization instead.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
