What causes this issue?

You want to carry out automatic planning for <DS:DE.WISP_PLSCH>planning
step</> &V2& in <DS:DE.WISP_PLSZN>planning scenario</> &V1&. You
cannot, however, execute automatic planning for planning scenario &V2&.

System Response

Automatic planning is not executed.

How to fix this error?

If you want to execute automatic planning for planning step &V2&, you
must flag the step appropriately in Customizing for the
<DS:CHAP.WIS_PLAN_0060>planning scenario/planning step</>.
