What causes this issue?

You have attempted to copy planning data to version number "000". This
version is reserved for actual data and cannot therefore be
overwritten.

System Response

The link is not executed.

How to fix this error?

Change your entry for the target plan version. The plan versions that
have been reserved for target planning step &V1& can be defined using
input help (F4).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
