What causes this issue?

You want to copy data to <DS:DE.WISP_VRSIO>plan version</>&V1& for
target planning step &V2&. However, plan version &V1& has not yet been
created.

System Response

The link cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

Re-enter plan version &V1& for <DS:DE.WISP_PLSCH>planning step</> &V2&
in Customizing for <DS:SIMG.WIS_PLAN_0080>plan version</> or correct
your entry. You can identify which plan version has already been
entered for planning step &V2& by using input help (F4).
