Delete hierarchy table &V1& using the SAP Data Dictionary.
The hierarchy table for Merchandise & Assortment Controlling are
generated DDIC tables that can be processed (with restrictions) using
the Data Dictionary. If it is not possible to activate a planning
scenario, it is possible to delete the entries that already exist in
hierarchy table &V1& or the entire table via the Data Dictionary.
