What causes this issue?

You have flagged entry &V1& for deletion. The entry is completely
removed from the database when you save your changes. You can retrieve
entries that have already been flagged for deletion using the "Reset
deletion" function.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
