What causes this issue?

You want to use plan version &V1& in manual planning for planning step
&V2&/&V3&.
This plan version has already been assigned to a different planning
step and cannot therefore be used for the above step.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
