What causes this issue?

Some or all of the characteristic values you have used in planning
layout &V1& or in the initial planning screen are being processed.
This can be due to the following:
Another user is currently processing some or all of the relevant data.
You have just posted the planning data and posting has not yet been
completed. In this case, the employee responsible for posting has not
released the database lock.

System Response

The ability to enter data for relevant data cells is reset.

How to fix this error?

Use the "Lock daatabase..." in the menu under "Extras" to view a
message log for database locks .

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
