What causes this issue?

The promotion is assigned to a higher-level promotion that is blocked.
The higher-level promotion has inherited the blocked status from a
campaign that was replicated from SAP CRM.

System Response

There may be inconsistencies across channels with the subsequent
processing you have started. For example, if you have activated dis
counts in WAK2 or prices in WAK5 for the promotion, they may not be
available in SAP CRM.

How to fix this error?

You may need to de-activate the discounts and prices in the promotion.
