What causes this issue?

A follow-on document was created for customer &v1& and material &v2&.
When the system rounded off the quantity, a unit of measure was to be
used that was unknown to the system. The stock could therefore not be
increased by this amount.

System Response

The stock of material &v2& at customer &v1& was not changed.

How to fix this error?

Check if a follow-on document was created for customer &v1& and
material &v2& and increase the stock manually by the quantity
ordered/delivered.
