What causes this issue?

The procedure for supporting physical inventory during opening times in
plant &V1& and storage location &V2& is activated. This procedure does
not allow you to enter the physical inventory count and post the
physical inventory differences in one step. This is because the book
inventory must be calculated at count time between these two functions.

You cannot execute this transaction.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
