Cause:
This message appears in the Inventory Management or Warehouse Management module when you attempt to post a physical inventory count or a goods movement, but the system detects that no changes have been made to the count data compared to the existing stock data.
In other words, the quantity you entered for the physical inventory count is exactly the same as the current stock quantity in the system. Since there is no difference, the system considers that there is no need to post any changes.
When does it occur?
SAP expects a difference between the counted quantity and the book inventory quantity to post an adjustment document. If the quantities are identical, posting is unnecessary because no stock change occurs.
