• Message text: Plant data is not available; material &1 in plant &2 cannot be used

What causes this issue?

You are trying to use a material which has no plant data created for the
plant you selected. The application should not create plant data for
plants other than the current plant. Material available for another
plant (with existing plant data) can be selected and added to the sales
order.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
