What causes this issue?

You assigned the screen &1 to the material type but this screen is
already assigned to material type &2 in client &3.

System Response

This is a only a warning. You should only assign the same screen to
different material types and system clients if the combination has
exactly the same attributes for the material creation.
Note that the maintenance screen is generated dynamically in the
background for the material creation process. If you have several users
using the material creation simultaneously for different material types,
the screen could be generated during product maintenance and the user
interface could be changed.
It is not critical if different material types and clients have exactly
the same attributes for the material maintenance.

How to fix this error?

Use the input help to display screens that are not used.
