Message text: You specified different levels of the article hierarchy
You specified level &V1& of the material hierarchy for the query in
Customizing for data retraction, but level &V2& in the selection (via
selection screen or from the item data).
You can only use the level of the material hierarchy (and thus only
nodes from this level) that is specified for execution of the hierarchy
in Customizing.
This message is also displayed (with selection level "0") if you do not
specify the material hierarchy at all, either explicitly through the
selection criteria or implicitly through the item values (also see
<DS:SIMG.WRF_AT_0003>Enhancements for Allocation Table Types</>).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This typically occurs in the context of managing articles (products) in SAP's Retail or Merchandise Management modules, particularly when dealing with article master data or when trying to create or modify articles in a hierarchy.

To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:
Check Article Hierarchy Levels: Review the article hierarchy structure in your SAP system. Ensure that the articles you are working with are at the same level of the hierarchy. You can do this by checking the article master data.
Correct Article Assignment: If you are trying to assign a variant to a base article, ensure that both the base article and the variant are correctly defined and belong to the same hierarchy level.
Use the Correct Transaction: Make sure you are using the appropriate transaction codes for the task you are performing. For example, if you are creating or changing articles, use the correct transaction for that purpose.
Review Configuration Settings: If you have access to configuration settings, check the settings related to article hierarchy in the SAP IMG (Implementation Guide). Ensure that the hierarchy is set up correctly according to your business requirements.
