time, you restricted the activation period to the date interval &V2& to

Because price plan &V1& has already been completely activated
previously, however, the system has to ensure that the postprocessed
versions is also completely activated; otherwise inconsistent data will
result.
The postprocessed version of this price plan contains at least one price
activation level that cannot be activated based on the date restrictions
in the program parameters, because its validity start date lies outside
of the specified activation period.

How to fix this error?

Start the activation report again for this price plan, without
restricting the validity period.
