Create generic material and variants of a generic material

System Response

If you want to create variants of a generic material, one single
variant must be selected as the copy template for the generic material
(header). You have not selected a variant as a template, and therefore
none of the variants of the generic material are taken into
consideration.

How to fix this error?

Select one variant as the copy template for the generic material
(checkbox).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
