What causes this issue?

You have attempted to maintain a substitution assignment that is not
allowed.
When using an event-controlled or time-controlled
<DS:GLOS.45C5E452DC535DAAE10000000A1553ED>substitution profile</>, you
can maintain a maximum of <ZH>one</> substitution assignment for an
original material per maintenance level (assortment assignment) at any
one time.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
