What causes this issue?

Material &V2& is assigned to rollout &V1&. This rollout is assigned to a
different rollout group than rollout &V3& of purchasing list &V4&.
One possible reason is that the material belongs to a different category
than the purchasing list. Both categories could be assigned to different
rollout groups.

System Response

Depending on the Customizing <DS:SIMG.WRF_APC_0003>settings</> for this
message, the system might not allow you to add the material to the
purchasing list.

How to fix this error?

Change the Customizing settings for this message, if necessary.
Choose a different material to add to purchasing list &V4&.
Add the current material to a different purchasing list with a rollout
assignment that does not contradict the valid rollouts for the current
material.
