What causes this issue?

You cannot create two purchasing list items with the same &V2& for the
same material in one purchasing list.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Do one of the following:
Change the &V2& for one of these items.
Delete the item that you do not want to include in the purchasing list.
