What causes this issue?

The system should revaluate a part of the stock at retail. The previous
retail value of the stock is zero. It is therefore not possible to
revaluate part of the stock at retail.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the accounting data in the material master of the material and
plant entered.
