Message text: No changes are possible in this system
In the current system, authorization roles and user role assignments
cannot be changed.
In Release 4.0 this program only has display functionality.
In Release 4.5 and when using a CUA landscape with global role
assignment, this program cannot assign any roles.
The application functions are locked, and it is not possible to create
or change authorization roles or to change the assignments of users to
roles. The data sent by the portal can only be displayed.
Cleanup functions are provided for removing data that the portal
incorrectly sent to this system.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The roles or profiles are assigned to a transport layer that does not allow changes in the current system.
Client or System Settings:
The client or system is configured as a "locked" client for role changes, or the system is set to prevent direct role modifications.
Authorization Restrictions:
The user does not have sufficient authorization to make changes to roles in the system.
Check System Role and Settings:
