What causes this issue?

The list of services for authorization role &V1& differs from the list
of services in the portal role for target system &V2&.

System Response

The system flags the authorization role with a warning indicator
because the services should be identical.

How to fix this error?

Execute the function to update the services for the authorization role.
You can only execute this function for root authorization roles, that
is, those authorization roles located directly below the target system
level.
