What causes this issue?

There is more than one entry in the vendor characteristic values BAPI
table parameter concerning the maintenance of one characteristic and
characteristic value.

System Response

The maintenance request which has to be applied cannot be determined
for the combination of characteristic &V1& and characteristic value
&V2&.

How to fix this error?

Change the content of the BAPI table parameter.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
