What causes this issue?

You have deactivated the generation of change documents.

System Response

The system does not create any documents for the changes made to this
transaction. This means that the change version of the assortment list
does not contain any information about the changes. You cannot also
distribute the listing conditions and material data that were changed
in this transaction.

How to fix this error?

If you want to generate change documents, flag the selection parameter
"Generate change documents" on the selection screen for this
transaction. If you do not require any change documents, deactivate
this selection parameter. This will lead to improved system
performance.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
