What causes this issue?

You do not have the necessary <GL:Berechtigung>Authorization
</> to execute the selected function.

How to fix this error?

If the missing authorization is necessary for your work, contact the
system administration in your company responsible for authorization
allocation and carry out the extension of your user master record for
the missing authorization.
Inform the system administration that you are missing the following
authorization:
