What causes this issue?

Mass processing of the selected work items could not be carried out
since all the selected work items report correct processing using an
event.
The workflow therefore no longer has control over the work item.
As a result, the input data of the user is no longer available to be
passed to the other work items selected.

System Response

Mass processing is not started.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
