What causes this issue?

At the end of a workflow execution, workflow '&V1&' number &V2& could
not be set to the status <ZH>completed</>.

System Response

The workflow was not ended. If the workflow involved is a sub-workflow,
the higher-level workflow is not continued.

How to fix this error?

You should try to set workflow number &V2& to the status <ZH>completed
</> manually.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
