What causes this issue?

When defining <GL:additional>additionals</>, you must select a unit of
measure of the <GL:material>material</> to which the additional is to
be assigned. The unit of measure you have selected is not defined for
the material.

System Response

The system will only let you select units of measure that have already
been maintained for the material.

How to fix this error?

Choose one of the previously maintained units of measure or,
alternatively, add your desired unit of measure in the material master.
