What causes this issue?

The actual count date is a mandatory field in the intermediate
document. In inbound processing, the intermediate document cannot be
processed if the actual count date is missing.

How to fix this error?

If you want to test the reaction of the inbound processing when
the actual count date is missing, leave the field empty. Otherwise,
please specify the actual count date.
