How To Fix WGDS_ENH132 - Not all data records for EAN &1 are selected (multiple validities)

What causes this issue?

Your selection of the catalog items is too restrictive. At least for
GTIN &V1&, there are additional data records available for a different
validity period. Conversion of a single article can be carried out only
if all data records for the given GTIN are part of the selection range
<(>,<)> since the conversion has to be carried out in the same way for
all validities.

System Response

The conversion process cannot continue.

How to fix this error?

Change your selection criteria when starting transaction W_SYNC (
<ZK>Select, Process Price Catalog</>) to select all data records of the
GTINs concerned, for all validity periods. If you do not need the data
records of older validity periods<(>,<)> you can delete them<(>,<)> to
have a single data record for the GTINs concerned.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
