What causes this issue?
You have called transaction WLB3 for automatic load building. As of
Release 4.6B, this transaction is replaced by a new program
(transaction: WLB13) with improved functions.
As of Release 4.6B, the old transaction will no longer be maintained.
SAP will only process problems relating to the program WLB13.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Use transaction WLB13.
