  This error occurs during the load building process in SAP's Transportation Management (TM) or Logistics Execution (LE) when the system tries to create optimized loads based on Purchase Orders (POs), but none of the suppliers involved in the POs are configured or eligible to participate in the optimized load building.
  In other words, the system cannot assign any supplier to the optimized load because:

  The relevant master data or configuration for suppliers is missing or incomplete.
  The selection criteria or filters applied exclude all suppliers.
