    How to fix this error?

    Carry out the following steps:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    <ZH>Find Instances</>
On the <ZK>Instances</> window, check whether a workflow or a work item
has been created. Select the item with the mouse to display any error
    messages.
    <ZH>Refresh Organizational Environment</>
The organizational assignment between task and user is read from a
buffer that is only updated automatically once every 24 hours.
If you have been assigned to a task as an agent in the last 24 hours,
    refresh the environment.
This only updates your own settings though. If the work item is not
displayed for another user, this user must refresh their environment.
    <ZH>Syntax Check</>
Under <ZK>Tasks for Workflow</>, check whether the syntax check for the
workflow definition or the task definition showed errors.
