What causes this issue?

The system could not read any historical data from the database for any
of the material/plant combinations read while the program was run.

System Response

The system cancels the forecast run for the material/plant combinations
concerned.

How to fix this error?

There must be enough historical data in the system for the forecast
results to be calculated. Maintain the relevant historical values.
