What causes this issue?

You have not defined the condition document index for document type &V1&
, use &V2& and application &V3&. The system cannot find a sales
condition type (for example PB00) for determining the cost. You must
define an appropriate condition type in the condition document index, as
the customizing settings specify that costs should be transferred.

System Response

As the system cannot determine or analyze costs without a condition
type, processing will be terminated.

How to fix this error?

Adjust the customizing settings as appropriate for the condition
document index, or exclude costs from processing.
