What causes this issue?

During a validation check of the configuration settings for iitem
relevancy determination for invoice forecasting, the system found that
no condition type is assigned to calculation schema &V1&, step &V2&.

System Response

The system has terminated the item relevancy determination process for
invoice forecasting and has generated an error message.
