    "Explicit request" was not used to select a message to be output.
    The following causes are possible:
    For output on the screen:
    No messages exist in the document.
    For print output:
    No messages exist in the document or the existing messages do not have
    the status "0" (not processed).
    The current setting for time of output for the messages that have not
    yet been processed means that it is not possible to use "explicit
    output" (time of output 3).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
