What causes this issue?

A type linkage cannot be entered automatically for the specified object
type since the receiver function module is not known.

System Response

The action was aborted. Neither an instance linkage nor a type linkage
was created.

How to fix this error?

Automatic type linkages are only possible for the two object types
WORKITEM and EVENTITEM.
