What causes this issue?

In customizing the allowed pricing levels below distribution chain for
this distribution chain is set to "Only plants allowed".

System Response

It is not possible to display price list-specific sales and promotion
prices for the stores belonging to this distribution chain.

How to fix this error?

If you need to display price list-specific sales and promotion prices
change the setup for this distribution chain in customizing at IMG ->
Logistics - General -> Basic Data Retail -> Distribution Chain Control.
Set the field 'DChain pricing level' to the appropriate value.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
