What causes this issue?

The condition was saved. The condition was additionally activated by a
corresponding entry in the event linkage table. When event &V2&.&V3&
occurs, the condition that has just been saved is now checked before
event receiver notification. Only if this condition is actually filled
is the receiver actually started.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If workflow &V4& is to be started by the triggering of event &V2&.&V3&,
you must also ensure that the event linkage is active. The event
linkage is maintained directly in the definition of the workflow task.
