What causes this issue?

Inventory of material &V1& is to be managed on a value-only material in
valuation area &V2&. However, an appropriate value-only material could
not be determined.

How to fix this error?

Please check the profile of value-based inventory management for
valuation area &V2&.
If the inventory management in the valuation area is on a material
group basis, please check whether a material group material exists for
material group &V3&.
If inventory management is done on a hierarchy material, please check
whether a value-only material has been created for the hierarchy node
of the corresponding level.
If no value-only materials were created, inventory management must be
done on a material basis.
