What causes this issue?

Quota arrangements with a valid-to date which is later than the ordering
block date still exist for the material and the plant.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Reset the valid-to date for the quota arrangement to the day before the
ordering block date.
