What causes this issue?

You attempted to assign the mode of transport category &V1& to a mode
of transport, which is not allowed, since the mode of transport
category is not uniquely specified ('all modes of transport', for
example).

System Response

The entry can no longer be processed.

How to fix this error?

Use a uniquely-defined mode of transport category (see also F4 help).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
