What causes this issue?

For transportation planning points that indicate an external
transportation planning system, fields partner type, partner number TPS,
external number range and shipment changeability must always be
maintained together. For other transportation planning points, the
fields must all have the initial value (blank).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain all four fields or set them as initial.
