What causes this issue?

You have not entered a name for the payment plan item of your insurance
object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter the family name of a person or the name of a company in the <ZK>
Address Details</> group box in the QR IBAN Data dialog box. You cannot
close the dialog box without entering this information. The dialog box
appears when you select the symbol next to the <ZK>Payment Method</>
field on the <ZK>PPI Document</> tab page.
